A directory is useful only when it tells you what is known, where it came from and what is actually available.
Names, addresses, modalities, formats, temperatures, amenities and public prices are checked against provider websites, booking pages and other identifiable public sources. Every listing records the date it was last reviewed and links to the provider source.
ResetPass labels the source and count when a public review signal is available. A third-party rating is context, not a ResetPass review. We do not merge ratings from different platforms or manufacture an average.
A facility listing is not an available appointment. Only a verified provider can publish a ResetPass slot with a start time, service, price and capacity. Search results for “Now” and exact times contain those live, provider-controlled sessions only.
Operators can claim an existing listing, verify ownership and submit corrections. Listing control is granted only after review. Claimed providers can then manage locations, services, prices and capacity from their dashboard.
