This notice explains what ResetPass collects when you search, buy the AED 49 booking service, claim a listing or complete a venue booking.
We save the details needed to run your search, such as recovery type, area or approximate location, date, party size, privacy and price preferences, and how you use the results. A protected browser identifier helps us keep your search and purchase connected. We collect email before checkout. Name and phone or WhatsApp are requested only after payment, when a venue needs them for the selected booking. We do not store card numbers.
We use this information to return your matches, operate bookings, attribute ResetPass-originated demand, calculate estimated booking value, prevent duplicate work, review refund requests, improve marketplace coverage and understand aggregated Dubai recovery demand.
Operational messages about a purchase or booking do not require marketing consent. If ResetPass sends marketing or abandoned-checkout follow-up, it does so only where consent and applicable rules permit it. The checkout consent box is optional and records the choice made at that time.
ResetPass shares only the details needed to fulfil a selected booking with the relevant provider and its booking platform. Customer identity is not falsified for attribution. Mamo processes checkout information. Aggregated market reporting is designed not to expose an individual customer.
We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for bookings, refunds, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal obligations. Browser identifiers are protected before storage, and access to payment and operating systems is restricted.
ResetPass always keeps the essential records needed to operate searches, payments, bookings, reports and refunds. If you select Allow Analytics, Google Analytics and advertising tools may load, and Microsoft Clarity may create privacy-masked session replays and click or scroll heatmaps so we can find dead clicks, confusing controls and abandoned journeys. Sensitive form values are masked before upload, ResetPass does not send customer identifiers to Clarity, and private account, payment, booking-return and administration routes are excluded. If you choose Essential Only, these optional tools do not load. You can clear your ResetPass site data in your browser to choose again.
You may withdraw marketing consent or ask to access, correct or delete information linked to you, subject to records we must retain. If ResetPass cannot deliver the paid booking service, support reviews the evidence and any refund before money is returned.
