WE OWN THE HANDOFF. THE VENUE OWNS THE SESSION.

Plain-language terms for the AED 49 ResetPass service.

What AED 49 covers

ResetPass searches matching standardized recovery inventory, reveals the exact options, prepares the exact venue checkout you select and verifies the resulting venue confirmation. The recovery session itself is charged separately by the venue unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Our failure

If ResetPass cannot prepare the selected checkout or verify a genuine venue booking confirmation, the AED 49 ResetPass fee is refunded automatically. A checkout cart or pending request is not confirmation. If ResetPass prepares the exact checkout but the customer does not complete the venue's required login or session-payment step, that customer abandonment is not an automatic-refund event.

After confirmation

Once a provider booking reference is verified, changes, cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, no-show, admission, session refunds and service quality are governed by the venue and its booking platform. Use the manage-booking route or contact the venue directly.

Vendor fulfilment problems

You may report a closed venue, missing booking, unavailable equipment or refused confirmed booking to ResetPass. The report improves provider reliability scoring; it does not transfer the venue's session liability to ResetPass. Where appropriate, ResetPass may issue a future booking-fee credit as marketplace goodwill.

Standard experiences

ResetPass supports Cold Plunge, Contrast Therapy, Sauna, Traditional Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Red Light and Compression sessions. One guest is standard; an explicitly published two-person or larger provider variant is eligible only when the paid search requests that exact party size. Add-ons and arbitrary custom packages must be arranged directly with the venue.
