Send the venue name, the page URL, the fact that needs correction and a provider-owned source that supports the change to chief@euphorium.ae. Mark the subject “ResetPass listing correction”.

ResetPass is self-service for finding and continuing to book a session. Use the routes below for operational issues that need a written record.
Own or operate a venue?
Use the provider route to claim a listing and submit ownership evidence. A claim does not change public facts until it has been reviewed.
Paid booking route
Use My Booking for the saved status of an unlocked session or venue handoff. ResetPass does not provide telephone or WhatsApp concierge booking.
Privacy
Privacy, access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to chief@euphorium.ae. See the privacy notice for the data and retention boundaries.
